Continuing hormone pellet therapy, without starting over

Hormone pellet therapy is deeply personal. Dosing, timing, delivery — all of it gets fine-tuned to you over time. If you're thinking about continuing your care with us, our approach is simple: honor what's been working, review your current place, and build the plan forward together.

From our Nazareth, PA office, we offer pellet therapy in the Lehigh Valley — a pellet provider for Bethlehem, PA, Easton, PA, and Allentown patients, and for anyone looking for a new pellet provider in Pennsylvania who wants hormone pellet continuity rather than a reset.

What to bring to your first visit

    • Your most recent pellet insertion date
    • The dose and hormone composition of your last pellets (if known)
    • Your most recent hormone labs (ideally within 6 months)
    • Any symptom notes you've been keeping
    • Insertion history if you have it (how often, how long they lasted for you)

If you can't access these yet — because records transfer takes time — don't let it stop you from booking. We can order fresh labs and work from where you are now.

I've worked with pellet patients for years. The dosing patterns, the common pitfalls, the signs that someone needs an adjustment versus a hold — I've seen it. Continuity care isn't about repeating what you had. It's about understanding what you had and refining it based on where you are now.
