Testing Policy
All advanced testing (DUTCH, GI-MAP, comprehensive panels) requires a Comprehensive Evaluation ($200) before being ordered. All results require an Advanced Testing Results Review ($250) for clinical interpretation and plan design. If you decline the Results Review after testing, we will notify you in writing of any significant findings and any recommended follow-up.
Important Notice
Each program is priced and evaluated separately. Peptide therapy and acellular structural matrix treatments are not included in HRT or Weight Loss packages. If additional services are appropriate, they will be discussed and priced separately at your evaluation.
