- Payment: to process payment for services you receive. AlphaCore Health is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance.

- Legal and safety reasons: when required or allowed by law, such as public health reporting, adverse event reporting, workers' compensation, court orders, law enforcement requests, or serious safety concerns.

Marketing and Sales
